Interaction
Interaction - the give/get ratio
When we talk interaction we are talking about the relationship between you and your customers. We call it 'an exchange of value' or the 'give/get ratio'. Essentially it's about what makes people tick .
Interaction is not whizzy graphics or fancy buttons but the real value that passes between the user and the web site owner - that's what the give/get ratio is about. What does the user want and what do you, as a company, want? How can you trade that to mutual benefit.
What we look for in developing a web solution:-
Real Value
Great or small you need to be offering something of real value to your users or customers. Why will they choose you over someone else?
Save time
Obviously your site should be easy to get around and easy to use but can you actually make peoples lives easier by offering them quick and easy solutions or productivity tools.
Community
Our social nature means that we like to be a part of community, users visiting your site or using your products have something in common. By letting them talk to one another you can build trust and loyalty, let them help each other out or discuss what they love and hate. They will learn things and you will too - they may also say things to one another that they would never say to you
